  • our policy lasts 14 days. if 14 days have gone by since the day you received your order, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund of store credit.

 

  • to be eligible for your return, your items must be unused, unsoiled, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. bikinis must contain sanitary strip (if applicable. all items must also be in the original packaging and contain original tags. we do not refund bikinis that have been soiled, altered, damaged, washed, or have orignal tags.

 

  • jewelry, final sale items, promotional sale items, and health or personal care items such as Lotions/oils cannot be returned.

 

  • sale items are not eligible for any type of refund. Sale items include any order purchased at a discount, or use of promo codes.

 

  • additional non-returnable items include gift card/ e-gift card

 

  • please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

  • we refund for store credit only.

  •  if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the purchaser will receive a gift card credit value for your return.

REFUNDS

  • ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED THE RETURN.

 

  • REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER WE RECEIVE THE RETURN.

 

  • YOU WILL RECEIVE A FOLLOW UP EMAIL WITH TOTAL COST AMOUNT OF RETURN ON A GIFT CARD FOR STORE CREDIT.
