HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Click here to purchase a gift card or go to the main navigation menu and click Accessories > Gift Cards. Feel free to select the desired amount and add it to your cart. No shipping will apply as it is an e-gift card.
WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships. If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.)
I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I ENTER MY SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESSES. WHAT'S GOING ON?
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER, CAN I STILL DO THAT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1 hour, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.
I’M IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING THAT'S OUT OF STOCK IN MY SIZE! WHAT CAN I DO?
New items can sell out quickly, but we may get more in stock if the item is highly requested by our customers! To be notified if/when the item is back in stock go to the product page you're interested in. A request for notification will pop up when it notifies you that your item is currently out of stock. Simply type in your e-mail address in the space provided. We'll be sure to send you an e-mail if and when the item becomes available for purchase again.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time using Local Kine Kini's FREE shipping will begin processing immediately and usually ships within 24 hours to customers within the United States (depending availability and credit verification).
Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order is placed, you would have received an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add our email to your safe sender list.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
In very rare circumstances, an event occurs where the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
I RECEIVED A LOCAL KINE KINI GIFT CARD. HOW DO I USE IT?
Under the Payment section during checkout, click the “Use A Gift Card” button.
Enter your gift card number and PIN (if you have one).
Click “Apply Gift Card”.
The gift card amount will be deducted from your order total.

All orders are packaged neatly in tissue paper, but if you have any special requests please email us at the time you place your order.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When signed in to your account, click on 'MY ACCOUNT' at the top left hand corner of the site.
Below several different options will appear. Click on 'ORDER STATUS' to see the status of past and current orders that you have placed with us.
Click on the order number to see even more details, including your tracking number.
I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER.
You may cancel your order by contacting customer service within 1 hour from the time of initial purchase. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
SOME ITEMS ARE LISTED AS PRE-ORDER ALONG WITH AN ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE. CAN I ORDER THESE PRE-ORDER ITEMS?
Pre-Order indicates the item is not currently in stock but is coming into stock soon. We list pre-orders for items that sell quickly so customers can reserve their item before it sells out! Just simply click 'add to cart' and complete the purchase process and you can expect the ship date to be around the estimated arrival date :)
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM BUYING A PRE-ORDER ITEM AND IN-STOCK ITEMS AT THE SAME TIME?
Once you complete the order it will be divided into two orders. Any in-stock items will ship out immediately and the pre-order items will ship once the items arrive in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you the pre-order has arrived and is ready to ship out. You will only be charged once for shipping (if applicable).
ARE THERE ANY BRAND RESTRICTIONS ON DISCOUNTS?
Yes, due to the manufacturer's request, we are not allowed to use code matching and coupons on some brands until a certain period of time. The computer will automatically exclude some items from sales and discount codes.

There is free shipping on all orders over $150. If you do not meet the standards for the voucher, than the prices below are an estimation and not exact depending on where your location is.

We use USPS for all shipping services.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
There may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order by your local government when delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Local Kine Kini. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information!
AM I STILL REQUIRED TO PAY CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, AND COLLECTION FEES WHEN I RECEIVE "FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING"?
Yes, all international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.
WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?
We do offer returns on select purchases. Please see returns policy for detailed information. Exchanges are not done at this time, but can be refunded in store credit for re-purchase.
WHERE TO I DROP OFF MY RETURNS?

WHAT IF MY RETURN DOESN'T GET TO YOU IN 14 DAYS?
You have 14 days from the day you received your order, to decide whether or not you would like to return. If you choose on the last day to return your shipment it must be dropped off at the designated location before the day is over. Once you have exceeded your 14 days, you cannot return your merchandise.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
I RETURNED SOMETHING AND RECEIVED STORE CREDIT, BUT WANTED A REFUND. WHY?
your order and all orders are only eligible for store credit. This is in our return policy which was agreed to upon checkout. our store credit never expires.
